Returns & Refunds Policy
At CG Corporate, we take pride in offering luxury gifts that are beautifully packaged and delivered with care. Due to the nature of our products—many of which are perishable or consumable—we are unable to accept returns unless an item is damaged or faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
Under UK consumer law, we are not obliged to accept returns on perishable or personalised items, including:
- Champagne, wine, and other consumables
- Items with custom labels or engraving
- Gift sets that include food or drink
This policy is in line with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude perishable and personalised goods from the standard 14-day return period.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please provide the following when contacting us:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
