Branded Bottles for Events

An event is the one time your name is in front of everyone at once, and the bottle on the table can carry it. Your logo goes on the label with the event name or a date alongside it, built online and on screen before you order. Bottles come without a box for pouring, or boxed for the ones being handed over.

Branded Champagne and Prosecco for Launches, Awards and Parties

Your logo, the event name, a date, or all three go on the label, and you see it on screen before you order. It prints the same on Champagne as it does on Prosecco, so a room can be stocked with one design running across both.

Bottles to Pour and Bottles to Hand Over

An event usually needs both. The bare bottles go out with no box, label on the front, for the Champagne and Prosecco being opened on the night. The boxed ones come with a large hand-tied ribbon in a colour to match your brand, for the winner, the speaker or the client who came. Add engraved flutes and the toast is covered too.

Delivered to the Venue, On the Day You Need It

Give us the venue address, the contact on the day and the date, and the order arrives ready for it, fully tracked. Order before 1pm and the next day delivery option is there at checkout, branding included. For a larger event, make a corporate enquiry and one person will manage it from start to finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can one order carry more than one label design?

Yes. Build each label on its own product and add them to the same order, so the winners' bottles and the bottles on the tables can read differently.

Can we supply our own label artwork?

Yes, at 114.3mm x 76.2mm, printed as supplied. Send us your logo instead and our design team creates the label, with gold or silver foil if you want it, and a mock-up comes back before anything is printed.

Can bottles go to the venue and gifts go to individual addresses in the same order?

Yes. Give us the venue address for the bottles and a spreadsheet of names and addresses for the gifts, and both go out from the same order, each part tracked.

Can we get matching engraved flutes for the event?

Yes. Flutes can be engraved with your logo, the event name or a date. The logo engraved flutes page has the detail, or ask through a corporate enquiry.

Can we order the same bottles again for next year's event?

Yes. Once your label exists we hold it on file, so a repeat is the same design with a new date on it if you want one.
