Large hand-tied ribbon

Special Cuvée is the Champagne Bollinger is known for. A family-owned house since 1829 with a Royal Warrant since 1884, it is the bottle people have seen at weddings, in good restaurants and in every Bond film for 50 years, and the one they are glad to be handed. With it come 4 bars from Willie's Cacao, who make their chocolate from the bean in Devon, each one from a single estate.

It arrives in our luxury gift box, black or white, closed with a large hand-tied ribbon. The gift card carries your message, with the option of your logo on the other side. Whether you are thanking them or saying congratulations, it is the message that makes the gift theirs.

Willie's Cacao, Four Bean-to-Bar Chocolates

Willie's Cacao make chocolate from the bean in small batches in Devon, from cacao, cane sugar and cocoa butter alone. There are 4 bars of 50g, 3 dark and 1 milk, each from a different estate.

Las Trincheras 72%

Just 3 ingredients and a long slow conche, which is what takes the bitterness out. A 72% that comes out nutty and round rather than dry, and it wins over people who say they do not like dark chocolate.

Luscious Orange 65%

Chocolate orange as it should be. Real oranges, dark chocolate with a warmth like honey to it, and nothing else in the way. The one that disappears first.

Sea Kissed Almond 44%

The milk bar, made from cacao with a coffee-like depth to it, so there is something behind the sweetness. Cornish sea salt sharpens it and the roasted almonds give it crunch.

Almendra 70%

Marcona almonds are the sweet, buttery ones, and they make up a fifth of the bar, so there is one in every square. Roasted just enough to set them against the dark chocolate.
